Asaloka Films is an independent production house based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It was formed in 2022, with the hope that all young filmmakers—especially in Yogyakarta—can grow and explore more about filmmaking.

Right now, we have made more than 10 short films (and counting!) that range from narrative to documentary film, each with distinct storytelling.

Our films has been screened at various local and international film festivals, such as Minikino Film Week and QCinema International Film Festival.
